Like most stories of someone who discovered a great love, this one started a long long time ago...

In a dimly lit back section of Barnes & Noble, hiding between the tall aisles was me. A perfectly normal 6th grader in love with the Home Improvement Section. It was filled with books, bibles, and encyclopedias of home design. My favorite - pages and pages of floor plans! I spent hours just pouring over layouts, imagining what family would live in each and the features that would become their favorites. I bought a new floor plan book or magazine every chance I got. Hurried home, while the other kids in the cul de sac played outside or became experts at video games, I spent hours and thousands of pieces of paper creating master planned communities in my bedroom. Each home laid out on a lot drawn to scale, complete with landscaping and of course their accompanying matchbox cars.

While attending The Independent School, I knew enrolling in university to study architecture might seem like the next logical step - but it wasn't the engineering of the buildings that interested me nearly as much as the life of the family inside. The importance of loving the house and it becoming a home and the connection of that home to the neighboring home and community.

For many years every Sunday - and I mean every - I woke up ready to plan my day visiting as many open houses from 2-4 that I could fit into the 120 minutes. Mapping the route and planning my "story" to tell the Agent - simply saying "I just love houses" - might have been too easy.

As a friend, boss, brother, neighbor, and one time eaves-dropping stranger sitting outside Paulette's Crepe Food Truck - I have always loved to advise people on the hottest neighborhoods, a great investment property I had just seen come available, and most of all the potential dream home that just needed the love and passion of a new owner. After helping a multitude of people find and move in to their new homes without compensation or a real estate license,  it was time to get real be honest and finally admit - I was a Realtor to the core.

Twenties years after those exciting printer paper hand drawn developments in the 6th grade, I still pour over home magazines. I am on top of the new trends and I know what neighborhoods have the most upward investment potential.  Having grown up in Wichita I know every corner, every street, and lots of secret hidden gems.

As you read through the rest of the site, you will see I have an actionable plan to sell, find, and negotiate your interests. I know design, what sells, and how to help you maximize your investment. I am without a doubt the most direct communicator and firm negotiator you will work with. Every agent passes the same tests, studies the same books, and offers the same basic procedures. Some of us love it and have loved it even before the thought of a commission had crossed our minds.

I am living my dream as a Realtor. I am a proud Neighbor of Wichita. I would love to be respected by you and be referred to your Friends. Thank you for visiting my site and trusting me!

If you aren't already living your passion, I just want to say don't wait 20 years like I did. Doing what I love, getting to be in homes everyday, and working with real families is a blessing. Follow your passion - and let me use mine to find your next home.
